Unbelievable. I really wonder what chain of command this went through to get approval?

On one hand it's funny that Sony could be so oblivious but on the other its highly offensive. To me this is grounds for termination.

Did anyone see the ads for the PS3 ?
Those aired in Germany are so awfully out of context to gaming consoles that I´m convinced they´re insane.
The ads are not classy nor exicting but purely dumb.
Advertisements are made to create attention, that´s clear, but I´m so irritated I instantly switch the channel.

Actually, much as I don't approve of sony, and video games in general, I really liked the PS3 adds that aired in the US.

The one with the eggs smashing into crows I thought was very creative, almost startling. Hats off to the filmmaker behind that.

Sony has been pretty daft lately but I'm gonna call shenanigans on this one. I think it is a matter of "A lie can make it half way round the world before the truth can get its shoes on." Actually, in the Internet age the lie can circumnavigate the planet several times before the truth has even logged on.

Sounds like someone didn't do proper oversight on the outside marketing firm.

It actually did happen though the daily mail wasnt entirely accurate.

The short of it is:

-There was a real dead goat
-Goat was not killed at the party but acquired from a local butcher
-No one was allowed to touch the goat
