View Full Version : Can't get Build 17. No reply from support

When I try to download Build 17, it asks me to login. So I do that.

Then it tells me "Sorry, access denied because you have not complete a purchase of RED ONE Camera."

This is not only bad English, but also incorrect. I have Red 3244.

I have raised 2 support tickets so far:
1. 13 Oct. Your ticket has been assigned an ID of [RED #33159]
2. 08 Nov. Your ticket has been assigned an ID of [RED #33953]

I have not received any reply to either of these tickets.

This is awful service.

IS THERE ANYONE THERE??????????

I have always received top notch service.

AntonyCASAFilms, I just checked our incident ticket system and, for some reason, your tickets were not routed to our customer support reps. I can assume that your email might be hitting some junk folder or getting blocked before it gets to us. Can you send me an email at brent - at - red - dot - com ? Please PM me after you send it so I can check if it never go routed to me that way. Also, in your PM, please let me know your login for RED.com (if different from the email you are sending to me from) so I can make sure you can download firmware.

In the future, if you do not hear from us for more than one business day after you contact us, it means we either did not get the email or something along those lines. Feel free to give us a ring so we can get you taken care of!
