Just wanted to mention the awesome support that Red is providing.

I was swapping out the cf modules on my cameras yesterday. I had some trouble and didn't want to force anything so I emailed red support. Within five minutes I had the response I needed, no lost time. Amazing..best support I have ever encountered, you guys rock.

Well Brent it IS true. Red Support is all that you could hope for. Sometimes when things go wrong you send off that first panicky email and you get back a nice calm reassuring answer.
