Contact Us page not working

Hi Guys, I am trying to contact RED to get my final invoices sorted out and every time I submit the "contact us" page I get an error 404 message. does anyone know if it is going through. I cannot call, any help from RED guys please, I want to finalize payment

Ironically, if you use the "Report a website problem" category, that also gives you a 404.

MvG, I have already alerted our webmaster to get this resolved. If you have an urgent manner and get the error message when submitting a trouble ticket, please call 949.206.7900 and ask to be routed to tech support.

Is there an email address we can use to generate a support ticket while the site is acting up? I don't want to make a phone call because I'm in Australia and it's not that urgent. I had sent an email to Brent but I realize it's not really his area.

MvG & josha ~ Thanks for pointing that out. You are right, the requests for the contact page processing engine were not being forwarded properly to the system that handles those requests. During that time, if you got a 404 then you couldn't even confirm your request and therefore submit it.

It's fixed now ~ please come back and Contact Us ;-)
