There seems to be a sentiment that a large number of people will upgrade to the Epic when it is released. I am curious to know how many are actually planning to do this based on the specs released yesterday.

I hope more people will vote on this poll. The good news is 75% look like they will upgrade to epic. The bad news is only nine people will be doing it.

There's a lot more choices available than what you have listed. I'll be buying a Scarlet (not sure which one) and trading in R1 for FF35 Epic (assuming things don't evolve further, which they probably will).

Uhhh... then that means you're upgrading to the Epic. That's what the polls asks. It's not asking about Scarlett. :bleh:

By the way, I am taking another option that might be relevant.
I'll upgrade after I see that the images coming out of the monstro is VASTLY superior and achieves images that I CANNOT with my Red One, then I'll save up the money to upgrade. But then again, there might be more to the FF35 that I might eventually need. I'll wait and see...

I'm still trying to figure out the whole FF35 and PL mount. But I will be upgrading to the Epic eventually.
