Audio Board Swap Notification

I understood that I was to receive an email from Red informing me when my number is up to return my RED ONE (#348) to swap out the old audio board and CF reader/writer component for the new ones.

Did I miss something? Has anyone received notification and swapped out their boards? Is everyone else just contacting Red themselves?
