HI !
Just got my camera 3 weeks ago . Half way through the camera suddenly restart and turn to blue screen . This problems happened quite sometimes before we roll the camera . Even we turn on the camera abt 20 min .

If this normal happen to anyone ?

Can anyone tell and advise me what to do ?
Any advise will be helpful .

No blue screen but i have seen a RED reboot itself when it feels like it for o apparent reason.

Since the RED is also a computer, you could try re-installing the firmware and see if that helps. Otherwise, start a support ticket with RED over at http://red.com/support

I encounter the same p[roblem before, I thought that's because the camera is very hot.
