Hi,
I am little bit desperate. We are trying to solve this for several weeks via all available @red emails with no reply at all or just a few lines that "tomorrow we fix it" notice.
We have sent a reservation for RED on 31 of October 2006 and our credit card has been charged for deposit on November 3 of 2006. On November 1st we have received an email form Joanne@red with the information that our reservation is still being processed and that we should not be worried as we will get our reservation slot soon. Unfortunately we have not got any until now!!!
Once we have got answer from Stuart that he "must look at it" and then all next emails get lost in a black hole. So trying this forum because all other ways seem to stuck and as I can see Redcrew is posting here.
Yes, I know, I am nicknamed her (because I do not want for a lot of reasons to uncover my identity in public) but all you RED people has to have received our emails.
PLEASE HELP! LET US KNOW WE ARE NOT OUT OF MIND!
