I stumbled onto this piece and thought it might help some of those addicted to reduser.net and everything Red. Hope this helps. Consider the last few seconds as words of advice from Jim himself....

What do these clips have to do with anything RED? Waste of space and time.

I must agree with farmboy on this one. Where's the punchline? And is there really anyone willing to watch more than FOUR HOURS of ancient VHS replete with tracking errors and then Google compressed within an inch of its life to get there?

if one feels too addicted to red, perhaps going to the opposite color spectrum would be appropriate

Addiction is defined as the compulsive need for and use of something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, characterized by tolerance and by well-defined physiological symptoms upon withdrawal; Being abnormally tolerant to and dependent upon a habit forming substance.

What matters most is whether or not the substance or behavior causes what we now know to be the essence of addiction: uncontrollable, compulsive drug craving, seeking, and use, even in the face of negative health and social consequences.
