FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

This amazing machine is here in Bolivia. Great projects ahead, and everyone is really excited. Seeing it for the first time was a shock. It's always so much larger than you think!

Well...I'm now a real RED OWNER...not a RED WAITER anymore...haha. Ok. Will post more when it arrives to the final destination...the city of La Paz. The whole family is waiting there to have the first boot-up there.

AH! Red in Bolivia, very interesting!
My parents lived in La Paz and now they moved to Cochabamba (my father himself is from La Paz ).
Hope to come back there soon, very curious to know what projects are going on there ... feature films ahead?

Great to see your comments. You definitely SHOULD come down. It's so beautiful down here. Make sure to let me know if you come, and we can take you to the most amazing places in Bolivia.

As for film projects going on...well, several, but the biggest ones are "Rojo, Amarillo y Verde" (The colors of our flag) that is being shot on our RED in December and January. It's directed by Rodrigo Bellot, Martin Boulocq and Sergio Bastani, three directors, one for each color. Two of the guys are very good friends of mine and award winning directors, and Sergio I'll meet in about a week. It's a very interesting idea and I'll be doing camera, so it should be fun.

Then we have "Zona Sur" by Juan Carlos Valdivia, great friend, and amazing director. Also filmed on RED, except it's on his.

Finally, we have our own feature project...quite large, and it's called "The Secret Truth". It's a movie that speaks about violence, war, peace, unity. We'll be shooting that next year.

So yeah...that's what's up. Haha....

That´s awesome. I saw the pictures of your parents´place, it´s beautiful. Funny thing is I am IN COCHABAMBA RIGHT NOW... that´s where the first part of the shoot for this movie is. I leave tomorrow night, but I loved being here. Please let me know when you´ll be in Bolivia and we have to schedule a time to meet, ok? I'm based in La Paz, but you can go there or I can come her to Cocha...
