FCP EDL errors when conforming

only recently our Grading and conforming machines got support for the redfiles wich means we can do the conforming like we used to.

so our workflow looks like this:
1. Create selfcontaining PAL proxy files
2. Edit
3. Create EDL CMX3600
4. Conforming (Filmcutter) with R3D-data
5. Grading/VFX

This works fine for a workflow based on AVID Editting.
When we do this with a FCP EDL CMX3600 something strange happens.
We get offsets for shots and we also get some shots on the wrong place or occur multiple times in the same timeline wich obviously isn't right.

Is there someone with similar problems with he FCP EDLs?
Does anyone have a sollution for this?

Ok after some research I discoverd that FCP indeed does something with the reelname of my EDL.

Because the reelname can only be 8 characters long in an CMX3600 it shortens it bij removing te underscore-signs and the last characters before the file extension. I tried some other EDL types but they all had the same restriction.
I also tried to convert an FCP XML into an EDL via de Flame, but that totally messed up my EDL.

So the thing I want is to export an EDL according to the RED16 specs just like the Avid workflow.
Or something that can convert an FCP XML into an RED16 EDL.

Does someone has any ideas on this one?

if you have posibility, try using AUTOMATIC DUCK plug in for fcp, you can then convert FCP project to avid omf and from there you can go any way you wish.

if you do not have that - send me please your XML sequence, so i will convert it to avid's omf here. send me that thru private message. will send you my contact info.

unfortunately I do not have that software however at this moment it is only for testing only.
I requested an evaluation copy of automatic duck so I can test what you suggested below. However I's a really expensive solution. I don't know if they are gonna send me an evaluation copy though, because the website's FAQ says that don't supply demo versions.

Is there maybe also some other way. I am not programmer, bud I can imagine someone has written an script of a piece of software which can convert those FCP XML into an EDL (Red16)
