to convert the RAW material that record by the RED ONE camera in to digital Beta or hight definition cassettes what software or/and hardware I'll need

You'll need the REDCINE software to process the footage, and then something to get it to the deck (ie. a HD-SDI card).

Alternatively you could drop the REDCODE RAW footage into Final Cut Pro, and then play it out through HD-SDI.
