You can also get away with a DIY rental contract, but be sure to check with a lawyer or accountant to make sure you are covering everything for you municipality.
Watch out, though. You are exposing yourself to a bunch of slime who are not interested in filming anything. Having a professional contract and requirements (insurance, etc.) will divert the casual riff raff, anyway.
