Top handle

I'm not sure what the final top handle will look like. As far as I can tell, the original handle shown in the older renders has been superceded by a more rugged-looking T-bar type arrangement.

The original handle looked as though it could swivel up and down, whereas the T-bar handle appears only to be able to slide.

Now this may be a really dumb idea, but if the T-bar handle mount could swivel up and down as well as allow the handle to slide, putting a threaded socket on the ends would allow a mic holder to be screwed in.

With the handle slid right out and rotated to a vertical position, it would provide a neat way of the getting the mic a reasonable distance from the camera for single-handed shooting.

Could the Red Arm work well as a mic-mount? I realize it wouldn't be super far away from the camera though.

Makes one think about a hot shoe... lots o' accessories out there that run from a hot shoe :)

I would love to see one or 2 hot shoes. How about a T or cross handle with 1 or 2 hot shoes? Maybe hot shoes that move or slide? I wait to see a hot shoe.

The top handle will be another thing that will be easily customized per shooting style

I'm thinking brass-knuckles...small, but effective and rather ergonomic. :)

I want chrome knuckles with a Red Ruby at the center, removable just in case you need it. Also the ruby should flash with an led strobe behind it.
