Entourage on HBO. Camera?

Hey there.

Does anybody know what camera's are being used on HBO's ENTOURAGE? I just watched the episode at the horse-racing track and the color just blew me away.

I've looked all over and can't find the info.

What format?

The March 2005 issue of ICG Magazine had an article on the show. At the time, it was shot on 3-perf Super-35 on Kodak Expression 500T (5229), pushed two-stops for some grain, although rated at 800 to 1200 ASA.

Thanks David. That would explain a whole lot. The saturation was very pleasing to the eye.

I guess it must be my old-school eyes, because I was thinking only film could pull off color and range like it did, but then again it's hard to tell as digital is coming into its own.

Very confusing and exciting times we are working in.
