CineForm Prospect 4K price change

CineForm pricing for all products that support Adobe Premiere Pro on Windows is changing because of a lineup change we are doing related to CS4. As part of this we have moved the price of Prospect 4K from $1999 to $1499.

Currently Prospect 4K v3 supports CS3. Any purchase of P4K v3 will be upgraded for free to version 4 in January when we deliver CS4 compatibility.

I'm confused. Does this mean that current owners of Prospect 4K will be upgraded for free? Or, is that offer only for people who purchase P4K between now and then?

* All Prospect 4K v3 customers will be upgraded to Prospect 4K v4 for free.
* All purchases of Prospect HD v3 since October 1, 2008 will be upgraded to Prospect HD v4 for free.
* Upgrade pricing to Prospect HD v4 for Prospect HD v3 customers prior to October 1, 2008 will be announced shortly.
* Prospect HD v3 customers may upgrade to Prospect 4K v3 now (or v4 later) for $500.
