Core i7 to do the job?

the minimum system requirements for this game is 3 GHz Quad-Core processor as stated..

But, can the new Core i7 920 2.66 GHz do the job? can one get it and overclock it to 3 GHz?
what about getting two Xeons 2.66 GHz Quad-Core each?
does the nVIDIA Cuda techology play any role with this plug-in/PPro CS4?

need some performance tests with these stuff?

i think editing and finishing native R3D files... proxies then out put full res...
