How do you combine partitioned R3D files in Adobe?

I have a few R3D files that are divided, they open and render out fine in Redcine, but when I load them up in Premiere and try to output them, it only outputs the first part of the file, and can't even render the second part of the file.

Is there a way to combine them in Premiere and output them together?
