GREY FRAMES... Grey frames or frozen frames are appearing. HELP

I recently directed a single camera shoot at a local concert and the footage turned out great. However, one of the recording sequences (about 20 minutes in length) has produced grey and frozen frames. The clip started off ok but about 3 minutes in these frames appear and last for 1-10 seconds, inconsistently throughout the remainder of the clip. This results in a picture I can't use as well as video that is out of sync with audio throughout the remainder of the clip.

Is there a way I can repair the clip?
