Sorry guys but you are the only source of letting it out, so here it goes, again, he he.


Unfortunately just few days after making my Cinematography post for " PERSEVERANCE" I had a Heart Attack which lead to a case of " SEVERE ATRIAL FIBRILLATION" meaning that my heart was beating irregularly top from bottom at over three times the Heart Rate.

Fortunately after two days of extensive treatments and tests, the cause was found and now will be a=on an other set of Medications as to keep the Heart at a more regular pace, as there is now a ever present risk for "HEART STROKE" that can be caused by Blood Coagulation which could reach the Brain (what ever is left of it :) )!
At list even so I was exposed to an Absurd amount of Injections and Medications, not counting the various Radiation to X-rays and Radioactive Nuclear Testing, I got to sleep on a "EPIC II" and thanks to by body Jorge, as He knows I don't eat Hospital food, He made sure not to let me go Hungry once I was able to eat :)


Any way almost funny coincidence that just few days earlier I was writing about needing to make "PERSEVERANCE" and head back to Italy for good by this Summer, because of my health in this thread http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?p=352770#post352770


This morning I'm back at the Studios, doing better, and writing away to complete the Screen Play for "PERSEVERANCE" and taking a brake writing here about one more of my Hospital trips.

EDIT: Because of this new recent event, I must further make changes in the way "PERSEVERANCE" will be shot, as I think I'll have to go earlier then even planned and anticipated do to this last event, that has brought a new dangerous risk to my life, so I truly hope that you can help in this crazy an-devour of mine. Any help will be of appreciated more then words could ever say!! I need to be telling this story out to the world and more and more I believe that "OPRAH" is the right Person and TV Show to take this to the next level. You can call me KETCH, and yes I did just opened a studio in Vegas, but also will open one in Italy and one in New Zealand, I hope :) it is just that I will be moving back to Italy permanently, as to take better care of my health, this will not mean that I can not keep the Studio in Vegas or that I will never return to America.

America is my Country as much as Italy is, so I'll always return for short trips, for Business or Pleasure!

Yes I did fallen in LOve with NZ ever since TLOTR, done much research, but nothing is for sure, as My health will be the one deciding for much of what my life will be form now on.

And don't worry, I don't use MAYO, only Extra virgin Olive oil:)

Having lived in both countries for many years, I can tell you that the easiest place to find nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle advice and partners is the US. Good prosciutto, salami, formaggio and cheese are hard to find here but not impossible and every gym and care center is very advanced in the art of health and fitness even if Americans, as a whole, are the the fattest and unfittest people on earth :-) I have been a trainer for many years, so trust me, if you want to live healthy in good old USA, it is quite possible. Of course, you may just be missing la bella Italia, and who can blame you for that? Anyway, when Perseverance comes to Miami, you can count on me to donate my time as field producer, AD, or any other position you may have a need for.

Thank you Rudi for your kind offer, will be posting a shoot list on #2 in the main Thread at Cinematography for PERSEVERANCE and start taking down locations and name of crew and cast for each.

The main reasons to go back to Italy, are:

I'm completely alone here, and every one in Italy has been trying hard to make me go back and or stay since the Kidney transplant four years ago, I can't continue to make those that care for me CRY.

I have and can't get any insurance and now including the new medications for the heart, I have about two thousand dollar of medication expenses per month, not counting the Doctors visits tests etc. that I will have to do every single month, on top I still need two important surgeries, one to have my left knee amputated and replaced with a knee implant, and the second to extract the bullet still imbedded in my back, all very costly, in Italy they will be completely free, as I'm handicap and I'm covered 100%, of course their will be also family to take care of the aftermath.

Food is definitely a big thing for me, especially now that my diet will have to be even more rigorous and strict, I have been suffering for food here for the past twenty years,m and never got accustom to it!

I love America, always did, and always will, I'll be missing this country more then you know, but I have no longer a choice, I must return home for good, even so this is also been my home for nearly half my life, and I will no doubt encounter new challenges moving back home, as I will be a Stranger in my own home after so many years away.

Yes I do, but filmmaking to me, and just been working on my life long dream, will never stress me out, I will not let it, I want this to be the most enjoyable experience of my life, and will not allow for anything but to be a great work environment, fortunately I'm in charge of everything, and things will have to move forward at my pace :)

There is something abut been on set that is magical to me and brings peace in my heart, I just hope that the heart will last long in off to let me finished.

Thank you Dylan, actually there is a Duscussion started by Acehole as to possibily change the Title in the PERSEVERANCE Thread.



Opinions needed.
Since I've come on board this project at a preliminary stage, Ketch would like me to put forward a suggestion for the movie title..

I think the Title "perseverance" doesn't cut it for the film. Its too Hallmark Channel, Its too short, and it sounds too common. I think purely form a branding perspective, the story lends itself to a gritty and edgy style rather than soft spoken Hallmark channellesque title (sorry.. the title just sounds that way).. And sometimes the name of the film is the first point of contact with meaning you have with the film..

Im thinking along the lines of the films, "Touching the void", "Walking the Line", "Shaw shank Redemption".. ETC. They all have themes of perseverance.. Yet their titles convey meaning which becomes a grander less obvious part of the Narrative.

Thoughts? perseverance.. Do you like / Hate the title.. Im putting forward a suggestion to change it. Thoughts?
