Maybe you have seen this but this guy figured out a few scales on his hands and then started hand farting music. As stupid as it sounds its pretty amazing if you think about it.

Surely Freddie would be amused, though as an instrument it might be better suited to an interpretation of "Fat bottomed girls" ...
