I just got my Final Cut Studio 2 Shipment Notification!

Just giving the heads up. I wasn't expecting it to ship until the end of the month.

I ordered my upgrade on April 15th (the day of the announcement) with FedEX ground shipping. Got my shipment notification at 9:39 PM last night and it will be here tomorrow! Much quicker then I expected....

I ordered when I got home from NAB which was the April 20. Could there be that many orders in front of mine?

I ordered my upgrade within 15 minutes of it becoming available on Apple's site... Order status says ships by May 31. Oh well.

I've test already the prores. It's incredible to see how it works in a timeline with mixed frame rates, codecs and resolutions!
Also, we were ("are") Final touch users, and the improvements in the import/export tool (now you have a "send to color" option), works perfectly!!!!

ah, yes. the "Send to Color" option is worth the $500 upgrade. Not to mention Final Touch 2k!

WTF is with Apple's notification system... Just got the email about 20 minutes ago. They shipped mine yesterday. Looks like I get mine monday, too. :)

I've been using Color for a while now and must say it is very impressive. Can't wait to use it on Red footage.
