ugh..tell me about it!
Things are quiet here in NZ right now. Just keep bumping into filmos in cafes sitting there trying to take as long as possible reading the paper. Then I go home and refresh Reduser for the umpteenth time.

maybe he's got some sort of hyperbaric chamber with screens covering the inside, plugged into the world's forums and Red team members, from where he can monitor every step of production and eek out renders as he sees fit while recharging his Oakley designed unobtainuim musculoskeletal system.

How about some RED t-shirts?! Promised at NAB... but hmmmm... now that we we have 5 weeks and great new art from Jim... how about cafepress do the work and Jim and gang submit some RED art... or allow us to do submit our own RED art. I'd love a RED T... and I am sure many others would love one too!

I vote for a real photograph instead of a render. Maybe a close-up of the 'record' button so we can imagine how it would feel pressing it? Would that be soft and mushy or with a clear 'click' in it? Hmm...

I don't think any announcement has been made to that effect. I doubt we'll see the entire thing online at any point, but that's just my personal guess. Seeing the HD clip online is nothing compared to the experience of seeing it projected in 4K. :)

ack. maybe they'll change that now that there's been a delay...you know, to give us something to dream about.
we're all adults here, and know it wont look as good online as seeing it in 4k. so what? and any haters can go to H - E - double-hockey-sticks. (i fear all the random techies going thru the last clip frame by frame made everyone at Red nervous. ya gotta give that up, its frickin' PETER JACKSON, y'know?)
heres another idea: what if it was snailmailed out like a robert greenwald film to a few Red folk in every state, and these people set up their own screenings on their home HD monitors for those interested? what a way to build community and keep momentum moving toward the release of the camera...
jim knows a thing or two about viral marketing, this is as grassroots as it gets.

There sure as hell hasn't been much activity lately, from the team or from the members.
Damn ghost town around here...
I've had multiple questions languishing with no responses for days now.
C'mon people liven up...
(Red Team not included, just keep working out those kinks and getting the assembly line ready to rock!)
