I am a DIT and I have been fumbling my way through the RED programs. I have figured out how to change the look for a single shot and then export it, but then I can't figure out how too take those settings and apply them to all of the takes of the scene, much like batch editing in photoshop. Any ideas?

Which RED program are you using?
In REDCine, under the 'Color' tab, there is a button near the far right to 'Copy'. Followed by a button to 'Paste', which contains a state button 'All'. Click, 'Copy' after applying the settings to the current clip. Then click the 'All' state button next to 'Paste', and then click 'Paste'. I believe an 'Ok' maybe required. Done.
