Red Mini Xlr adaptor stuck in Channel 1

Hi has anybody had one of the mini xlr adaptors refuse to budge? if so do you know the secret to extracting it without damage to it or the RED.

I had a mini XLR jam tight in the body, also in channel 1. No problems in any other ports, eventually came out with surprisingly little fuss. Don't know if it's just a coincidence, but i'd guess that more than likely it is.

Had a similar experience. However, it WILL come out with a bit of care - camera undamaged. Make sure that the lock thingy on the camera is fully depressed.

I have the opposite problem.

The socket for mini-XLR 2 won't lock the plug in.

Is the Red UK service centre open yet?
