I was just wondering, since you have worked closely with apple's Final Cut Studio 2, why did you choose Fat 32 over Mac's file type?

FAT32 is read+write on both PC and Mac. There was discussion about this a long while back... maybe search will find it.

That's correct. it enables cross platform support.
