Ok...
We moved. Red was notified. Original location is abandoned.
Camera with updated audio board was still shipped back to original location. I called Red. Travis said he has the new address, which I emailed to him days prior and was calling FedEx to provide the correct address.
This was yesterday. FedEx still has not received the call (They claim) and $30K worth of camera is still going to the abandoned location.
Of course its now Saturday and Red is closed. Camera is scheduled to be delivered Monday...
In the past FedEx just left all of this stuff outside when we are closed. Which despite the safe area still made me worry. Well, no one is there at that location anymore.
I wish someone at Red would Please PM me today and I'll give the information they need to clear this up.
I am a bit ticked at this situation and concerned for the safe return of our equipment. Like most people I have plenty to worry about without this hassle looming overhead.
