Scratch to Avid live playout?

Hi folks,
can anyone please inform me how to correctly relink Avid (Nitris DX) masterclips a Scratch ALE file made?
I'm having problems with edl manager reading an aux timecode (Scratch source timecode from Red).

We made specific Scratch to ALE XSL files that can be found on www.avid.com/red. Look under the Avid resource TAB. When you say relink, what stage of the process are you trying to do? A recapture?
