Anamorphic Workflow?

What are my post production workflow options when using an anamorphic lens on the RED ONE, or the Epic/Scarlet? I am in particular interested in using the Red plug-in in Adobe CS4. Has anybody tried importing anamorphic footage?

Same question here. Maybe we're missing something obvious, another workaround we should face if we want to work with anamorphic footage in premiere... any ideas?
