i worried....wonder whether any other internal part got damaged with the vibration !

besides, during the flight, the camera suddenly stopped recording a few times, displaying a weird message.....has anybody experienced similar troubles ?

Once i was shooting on the back of a open truck with heavy vibrations and had a lot of dropped frames (was the old cardreader). What happend, the vibration was so heavy that the card sometimes made bad connection. So i taped it with some gaffer and the problem solved.

About your exit button, i can't help you, but i have seen a red from the inside (not mine btw) during a trainig day, and everything in the red is build extremly good fixed in a sort of canals with a kind of spliting wedges so nothing could move from its place inside, like the boards fo example are fixed like that

So maybe your exit button came out, but probely the rest is ok.
Give a call to the RED guys, maybe you can fixed it with there help by your self??

good luck,
Robert
