Waiting red drives four months

Hi red team,

i love RED ONE and i wanto to use it but i can't.

i am very surprised of your delivery schedule lack of control.

i am waiting about 4 months for my RED DRIVE and
ARRI 19MM BASE ...

in your Delivery SCHEDULE - RED DRIVE dates of delivery have been changed 3 or 4 times

did you really not send to nobody RED Drive until november 2008 ? or i am black sheep ? (the one with bad luck)

if you want to be honest with your clients
you must tell them about backordered items and
delivery schedules before they make orders.

my plans are totally crashed without red drives.

i don't understand what is going on. You make me 3 or 4 unreal promises.. but .. i don't have my red drives...

can you make me some real promise ?

i am sorry for my hard words but after last delay from yesterday (02/23/09) a am a little bit frustrated.

thank you for understanding but i expected some answers.

most of my questions are rhetorical but ... you can try...

I already sent email to 'Brian Byrne' and to 'Haley Peralta' right after my first post here, but no reaction for now...

I am sending email to Brian and Haley almost every week.
Usually i have an answer after two ot three my emails ...with new promise ... but. i dont have my RED DRIVEs....
