is there any copyright infringement if i 'mimic' the format and style of the narration and visual effects of discovery channel ? Discovery Channel already did a documentary about one of a engineering monument in my country. i want to reshoot all the footage and redo all the visual effects (on how the engineering monument is operating) and make a voice over in entirely different language
(not english).

so my question is, are there any legal problem copying or mimicking the format and style of discovery channel?

as long as you don't use any of the assets or logos, I don't think so. Although some might find the practice questionable regardless.

No, so long as you independently create the voice over and don't just translate the original. It's just ethically questionably if you're going to profit from it.
