export audio only

Is there anyway to only export audio from the R3D files, sounds strange I know but the image is already in the pipeline and I need to get some audio in afterwards?

Scripts, redrushes, redcine I open for suggestions :-)

Hi Mahvo,

it's easy on a Mac. Create quicktime proxis with RED Alert (if they are not already exists). Then use Quicktime Pro and export sound to .wav or other format.

what i want to do is batch process the wave files from the mov files

Yep it's easy I just set up a Compressor preset. Search your footage folder for all the "_p" (or any other but compressor likes the small size for speed) proxies and drag them into compressor and apply the preset then go get a cup of coffee.
