Any comments regarding the R3D/Film Master workflow? Thanks.

You are talking about the digital vision film master, right?
We had one on test and were very very impressed. They render the R3D files in the background to DPX, on which they then work natively. If you change any of the settings (e.g. debayering quality), it will recreate these dpx's and work on that. This all happens very fast and transparent to the user.
It is a very intuitive workflow and suits our needs completely.
hope this helps a bit. you can find some demonstration videos of the film master being used with red material on http://www.youtube.com/user/151Wardour
just my two cents
