Hi,
We made a short film with the RED last year and it's now competing online at Reel 13. It has a chance of being aired at the end of the week in New York as well as receiving a cash prize. Please visit the following link and if you like our movie -- The Clearing -- feel free to vote and comment. If you don't really care for it then please keep it to yourself.

The image is poorly compressed so beware that when shown properly it definitely looks better than that. Thanks for your support!!!

I liked it. I could see the homages in the piece. Nice work. Hard to tell about image quality because of the compression. My favorite scene is the one in the warehouse with the freaky guy. That was cool.

Hi Jack, I think it's the best out of those three. The ending left a little confusion as to how it all worked out, but I think it was appropriate for the setting. A nice complete story. Good job. But your right, the vimeo compression is HEAVY. Is there no way to get a HD upload?

Hi,
I'm afraid doing so at this point may cause conflicts. The voting will end tomorrow so it's best to leave it as is. Thanks for watching/voting.

I'm so glad. The trade was winning by a couple hundred for a while... but only because it had a "hot" woman in it. I'm glad you won out over it. Best story, best cinematography, best acting. Best period.
