Streak Filters?

I heard about them from the "Anamorphic Lens" thread, but cannot find ANY more info on them.

Anyone know more about them or if there is anything like that I could use with my dvx (I got a MV i was looking forward to using these with)?

that looks right, but a google of "vantage blue vision" again lends nothing. Can I buy or rent these? eh, nevermind, I don't own a mattebox anyway.

It's not, but because spherical lenses are so fast and so sharp, it's getting rarer.

Transformers is anamorphic, for what it's worth. Looks amazing.
