* RED Footage ? I need to get permission from Mr. Jannard@RED first.

I will be welcome to any filmmakers who like to invest in future outside USA for the RED Films in ASIA as promoted by the ASIAN or ChinaWOOD in future.

I will be investing a RED Film in CHINA some time in August to use RED one
1st ever in CHINA, and I am looking for a RED DOP with me to make it.

Stewart do you live in HK or China? I have spent a lot of time in both places. I love HK. I always stay in Kowloon at the Chung King Mansion! I know an old lady there who runs a nice, affordable place. I love that ferry ride from Kowloon to the city at night. The warm air... all those lights.

man you really brought me back to the old school traveling style, sleeping on luggage racks on packed indian trains and stuff, that is so much much a part of why it is fascinating to work with images, you want people to see what you can see, red is really going to be able to do some amazing documentary stuff in that region

The correct name is Chung Hing Building - ( It's like a United Nation Building mix with different people around the world ). One thing is changed in there, a very large LED panel ( 3M x 10M ) with moving pictures outside the Building Wall. ( Of course is not the 4K content from RED yet )

HKG Film people work with Hollywood for Bollywood & Chinawood is not a bad idea though ?

Yes I was the 2nd gerneration HongKong born CHINESE in a Under the RED Flags ( HKG / CHINA )

could you help us out with some info on the chinese light/grips market. I know that FilmGear is really good stuff, but it is overpriced here in Europe. Almost same price as ARRI. Hmi:s? LED-panels lights? Dollies?
