I've got a 20-120 russian Lomo zoom and it's got it's own peculiar kind of lens gears on it. Does anyone know of anyone who makes standard module 0.6 lens-gears i can retrofit onto this lens both for zoom, focus and iris?

Tony,
look here:http://idisk.mac.com/skellycinematography-Public?view=web
in the folder "Lens Photos" there's a shot of the 20-120 lomo. I glued a zipgear from zacuto onto the ring between the russian gears. It works really well. Use the download arrow on the far right to see the photo.
That's the easiest solution, otherwise you'll have to get sergey or duclos to make you a set from delrin. It is a huge lens so it may be expensive.

Shane.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but about the opf18, 20-120mm,
anyone has spare for internal parts ? like the zoom glass... ? or a unit to sell ?

About the gear, there were a guy on the job/sales section that was selling his opf18, and he wrote the only thing he found was a custom made module, from duclos or clairmont, don't remember. And indeed, he said it was really expensive...

Berenger,
I was thinking about selling mine. It's really clean, glass is perfect but I simply don't use it enough. There's a link to photos of it in the thread above. Let me know if your interested. It has a PL and an original mount and the extenders in kinor mount. I'm traveling for the next month but can sort it out at the end of April if you're interested. I was thinking around $2k.
Regards,
Shane.
