Check your CF module for a bent pin.

what does it mean?
u mean the pin inside the red one is bent accidentally?

Yes, a bent pin results when a CF card is inserted to a card reader/writer improperly.

but we checked already and the pin inside the slot of the red camera was ok....is there any reason why the red cannot detect the cf card except the bent pin? anyone experienced this problem...? many thanks.............=(

I had this happen on a shoot once. Even Jarred on the phone was stumped. Turns out the CF cards were too cold and the camera wouldnt recognize them. When the CF cards were warmer, it worked fine. Doesnt seem like that would be the typical failure of the cards, may have been the card reader on the camera. However, it never happened again after the cards/camera warmed up.
