Does anyone know what size the thumbscrews are for locking the Red Drive on the rails in the cage?
I am looking for another source of these (different style, etc).

You mean ones that don't fall out and get lost VERY easily. Me too...let me know.

We've found a great system, after loosing one screw. On one side, with the help of a couple tiny washers, we permanently attached the rail. The washers allow the rail to be tight but the drive to still slide in, and then we only tighten (or loosen) the screws on the other side to atttach (or remove) drives.
Works like a charm.
Cheers,
Damien
PS The problem is now I've switched to ET's shock mounts and lost one of those screws.

Already there.. I'm actually down to 1 thumbscrew, and one missing (with two hex screws on the other side). My hope is to find a nice large knurled thumb screw, with a shoulder and a retaining ring so that they can loosen/turn freely, but not fall out.
I found the screws at an area hardware store, but it was a while ago. I won't have an opportunity to go hunting the local ACE until tomorrow at best (and even then, I know they won't have exactly what I'm looking for).
So, I'm searching online, but I can't recall the actual size of the screw. I think it was a M3x0.5, but that is a 'best-guess' pulling vague numbers out of my ass...

I was going to say M3 as well, so I think you're correct Kyle. I've had to replace several thumbscrews myself.

Confirmed: M3x0.5 12mm length. A 1/16" retaining ring should work to keep them on the cage. Won't have a chance to get the new screws and rings until the weekend, but will let you know how it goes (and maybe post a pic or two) when it done.

Unfortunately, I wasn't having much luck with the cap supplier.. Eventually I got turned to my new favorite hardware store: www.mcmaster.com
Here is what I'm ordering to replace my thumbscrews: http://www.mcmaster.com/#92581a140/=1ggv3j
Still not super cheap, but cheaper than RED.
