Recording via HDMI [Archive]

Hi,

i friend of mine is in the transplant movie biz and needs to record the live output of an endoscopic camera. the "ccu" seems to have a dvi-d output, so i suggested to use a DVI to HDMI adapter and find a portable HDMI recording device.

any suggestions on portable HDMI recording solutions?

also not finished yet.
the current version doesn't have HDMI working yet.
