I'm posting all of my pictures that I think might be of interest to RED users. Not a lot of time to do this, so feel free to ask questions and talk amongst yourselves.

First up...no one has discussed these, but Fuji is releasing a new line of PL lenses...

I wasn't even considering a new tripod, I've got good options, but I really, really liked the simplicity of this design and oh-my-god smoothness....

I saw those E-Image tripods and heads recently over here and I think that's the one for me. Very reasonable too here in China.

Thanks for posting the nice pics. The Fuji PL lenses look really advanced and will therefore be quite expensive I suppose.

E-T must be big fans of "Short Circuit" and Johnny Five....

I don't know anything about Fuji pricing. I'm not personally in the market for lenses, I have all that I need right now. That was just a fly-by shot, because no one had a word to say on the Fuji release and I thought y'all might find it interesting.

DVInfo gave me the press pass, so I was looking at general NAB news and gear for DVinfo and posted the RED stuff, which is more personal to me, here, since they redirected their RED forum to reduser.

But if you want to see more pics and more stuff from NAB, it's online at:

There's a little more 3D - related stuff and more pics of the ET rig.

This was my first NAB...I loved it so much. Wore my bright RED shirt on Wednesday and I think I was the only one in the center who was wearing one.

Side note, did anyone else see ProTools totally fail at that Avid demo? That normal?

"So, hows it going? Are we alright?"
"Nope! We're screwed!"

We just got an E-image tripod, used it on shoots couple of times, pretty smooth and handles Red weight well, now just hope it will last us for a long time.
