Hi,

It is probably settings in your PConfig file.

This is a question for Support at ASSIMILATE. Please email support and get the answers from ASSIMILATE internally!

Hi,

This is not an email for me personally. It is for support. What's your name, and what facility are you with? I'll let support know.

Lucas,

Excuse for me interrupting this thread. I have tried emailing you many times over the last few weeks. You told me you were going to connect me with two of your associates in Asia and you would provide me with software. Please reply.

Thank you,
Gary

what i do as follows.
1.Connect the SDI daughter card to the graphics card and make

sure the SDI output works properly.
2. Connect the SDI daughter card's SDI output to the SDI input

on your deck and then loop the video via the SDI output on the

deck to a monitor, on which you will see if the SDI video has

been transferred correctly.
3. Plug your USB-232 adaptor into your host computer via the

USB connection, connect it to a 232-422 adaptor, which is

connected to the deck control port on your deck.
4. Modify Scratch's PConfig file by removing the definition

line, changing the value of vcr port to the new COM port number

prompted in the Device Manager and changing the value of dtsrts

from "0" to "1".
5. Enter Scratch's Player and click on CONNECT. At this point,

it will say "no recorder connected, no xxx"
