One fun thing to do is to watch the LOTR battle scenes at 1080p and watch all the little individual soldiers and orcs running around. At the theater, you don't notice them, because they are a little blurrier, and because you're swept up in the movie. But when you watch them at your leisure on a 1080p screen, it's a hoot. Their movements are interesting to watch.
