Philadelphia Concert

I'm looking at putting on a live concert in Philadelphia (haven't picked a venue yet.), and would need 9-12 cameras. Just wondering if there's that many people on here from the Philly, NJ and NYC area? And what would be each persons rates (and equipment they have) plus any insurance requirements (everybody would be operating their own cameras.).

Budget is limited.

Also need people to operate overloading computers.

Thanks everybody for your replies. I think I will extend it out to the D.C. area. I'm working on getting sponsors for the event, so I don't have solid date for the show yet.
