I subscribe to several technological and enginerring sites just to keep my feet wet on what's new out there. Globalspec is one of my favorites. You sign up and indicate areas of intrest and every Thursday they send you a bunch of emails linking you to sites of your particulat intrests.
This showed up this morning and it struck me as a neat little camera head for tight rigging or for making a very compact crash camera etc.

That is an interesting tiny little camera.

Yeah it is.
The other thing about subscribing to Globalspec and related sites is, that when you inquire about the differnt products, the companies are more inclined to send you out those wonderfull big catalogs that cost them a bunch to print and ship. If you don't already have a company name make one up. It works for me. lol

Jeff,

I detect a note of sarcasm there. You just better be on your best behaviour from now on at the local liqueur store.

I have Toshibas SD version of this camera and it is a really great POV cam that I've used in lots of interesting places...front of a roller coaster, on the nest of a snow goose, on the barrel of a shotgun looking back at the shooter and looking the other way (and shooting), at the end of a boom pole etc. The 3 chip quality is great. I'm glad they are finally coming out with the HD version. Anyone have an idea on price? The SD version was not cheap!
