June 29th, 2007 will forever go down in history as the day I missed the iphone by ONE. If the subway wasn't 10 minutes late, had I not stopped for that damn slice of pizza, if Mark didnt call me while I was trying to leave my friggin house... Id be a very different man right now. A man with an iPhone. This video was created while waiting 7.5 hours in line, it was meant to be a celebration of this glorious day but alas, it is my Jesus Phone obituary.

At least your AT&T store had a LINE... I drove by one this morning about the time they should be opening and saw what looked to be a mob. Jeeez... Whatever.

UPDATE: After coming home depressed and bewildered I decided 'NO,' Im not going to let the iPhone get me down. Im going to be strong, regroup, plan my next attack. So I go to the apple website to check availability and low and behold... it says they will have iPhones tomorrow! I call to double check and i get the shock of my night, they have them NOW and there is no line! I rushed out to the Soho store here in NYC and 30 minutes later I brought my new baby home with me. Moral of this story? Dont go to AT&T stores. They get miniscule shipments, were disorganized, and generally lacked a few chromosomes.
