Ketch is doing a big test shoot - 35mm adapters, lots of lenses, A1, G1 and HVX200 are on the menu, (oh yes and a viewing party of some kind afterwards on a big 1080p projector) - and you are invited:

I met him at Cinegear - he's a nice guy. I'll be there hanging out. So Ketch, do we get to see your shiny light-filled grip truck then?
Cheers

Cool. Chance I can make it.
Are you bringing any fun toys, Bruce?
Maybe I'll bring my DLSR timelapse setup if anyone is interested. I don't have an L-series, but I have an EF-S 10-22mm Canon lens, if that is of any interest.

Thanks guys and again sorry for not having seen this before.

Yes if some one comes over and helps, for now I will do some test photos of the ones I have + ZEISS ZF.
EF 35mm f/1.4L, EF 50mm f/1.2L, EF 85mm f/1.2L II, EF 135mm f/2.0L, EF 200mm f/2.8L II, ZF 25mm f/2.8 Distagon, ZF 50mm f/1.4 Planar, ZF 85mm f/1.4 Planar.
This is what I have now.
Again to shoot charts etc. I like some one with me that had done such a test before so we do it right.
Look for it in the Lens test section of this forum in the next few days.

Ketch. Drop me a note if you you still want to do the lens tests. I can try and free up a camera for it. You can contact me through the boards here or through Evin. BH

Sure, as far as camera I have the Canon 5D and the XH-A1, I have not yet sold the M2 so that can also be used.
I fill it is better if you guys give me a bus or PM me, I work from home so I'm almost available all the time.

We also have a Red Rock micro for the HVX-200 that can be part of the test is desired. BH

I don't know if you're definitely set on using the 5D for the test but... even though a Canon 20D, 30D or 40D has fewer pixels, the pixels are smaller and with the 1.6x crop factor sensor those cameras have roughly the same size sensor as the Red. So you will actually learn more about your lenses at higher resolution using one of those "cheaper" cameras, as compared with a 5D.

Mostly the reason to use them on the 5D is because of the FF factor, if they perform well here then they will perform great in a smaller sensor, I had this same lenses (before they were stolen) with the 1.3 crop 1D MARK IIn, but now as this just arrive with the 5D I shot some test and FF it is a different beast all together, after this I decide to sale my ZEISS as the performance I had from them it was not superior to my L canon glass, and with my new 1Ds MARK III (when will arrive) the fully automatic and electronic reading of the canon will serve me better.
In a second note I'm very curious to see this lenses on the RED with the Birger EOS mount.
I will post this lenses for sale on the For Hire thread.
