So im considering buying a non-focusable diascope from uniqOptics. I am however hesitant to purchase mainly because of their back focus pattern (Siemens Star)

I dont know. What do you guys think? If this was a piece of gear you were interested in purchasing would you have a different idea as to what you would want the focus pattern to be? Is one better than the other? What do you AC's and Lens Houses prefer to use?

I've tried Uniq's diascope with that test pattern. I find it to be very useful.
The tips toward the center will really pop when you achieve proper back focus.

I always found a siemens star very easy to use. Be it in an optical instrument or on a target.

Yeah, I'd go with the Putora.
