Can I buy my RED ONE when the RED ZOOM is released?

Hey Red Team!

I was wondering if I could get my camera and zoom all at the same time. I'm in no hurry to have the body until the lens is released. I'm thinking about reserving a second camera and zoom too, but for financing purposes, I would love to buy the cameras AND zoom lenses all in a "one-stop shop."

Is this possible?

The zoom is not scheduled for release until the end of the year. If you need them both together... hold on to your camera deposit. I'd expect cameras to be available by the time the zoom ships.

So if I just sit on my deposits, when zooms are ready to ship, I still have a chance to have my cameras at the time of purchase of the zooms?

Seeing my number in line, for my first camera (#750), are you telling me when my camera would even be available then?

i think he is saying to pull your res out.. and by the time the zoom is available you would be able to straight up buy the camera without needing a res. but then again.. if thats the case.. your risking your price security and whatever extra the res holders get
